This issue is still new and it's original mailing bag. It came with an additional insert, but I have no idea what it is. I did not want to open the original bag to find out or take pictures. But if you're a collector, I am guessing you know :-)
 I think the condition is very good but I am not a professional grader,  so please, look at the pictures closely and judge for yourself.

Please note that the photographs may be a bit dull because the book is still in a plastic bag
