We are not train experts (so double check gauge, etc.) but here is what we see as conditions go. The Lionelville sign along with the boards are missing. The side signs that say Baggage and Express are still attached. If the chimneys had toppers, they are gone. The original light is intact. We do not have a way to test it but it is cool looking! There are some small dings but no large dents. Everything appears original and we do not see any alterations or modifications. 

Very nice older metal toy building. Would make a perfect display piece for Christmas if you aren’t a train enthusiast!
