This listing is for the antique bible shown in absolutely stunning condition for age.  Embellished with over 2500 fine scripture illustrations.  Some illustrations from Gustave Dore and others.

 The original fraktur folk art penmanship shows the marriage of Joseph Esbenshade of Bird in Hand Pennsylvania, Lancaster Pa to Mary Bess of Martinsville Lancaster County Pennsylvania.

Excellent example of Pennsylvania Dutch Mennonite fraktur art inside a well preserved Bible.
