Antique wall mount telephone with speaker in box.  Heavy iron, metal box with 2 bells on top for ringing and side hook to hold ear phone piece that is not included. 

I'm not sure what date this is from.  but ebay  makes us pick a category, so i just guessed.

Box opens to show inside mechanism and has sticker that says Type 16, Diagram No. 81 PS   Connecticut Telephone and Elec. Co. , Meriden CT. 

Measures approx. 7 1/2 x 8 x 2 1/2" . Cord is attached to box.  No earphone piece attached.

Discoloration and wear due to antique age.
