This listing is for the hardcover Christmas book shown.   The pages are so tight together, so white, we don't think this was handled much all the way through.  The back cover is the only cover that freely opens.  

The back couple pages have some light age spots top left corner.   And there are some tiny corner page edge turns (see photos).   Not sure how they got there since the pages really don't open wide.

Some scuffs to cover as shown. 

Overall very good for age and the fact it is a child's book.
