- We cannot confirm the authenticity of any item being sold.
- We retain the right to cancel this auction at any time up to and including the time of collection.
- We do not remove items from the rooms prior to auction, other than personal items.
- This is for collection only from Edinburgh EH15 3HS.
- Payment to be made on collection, but before entering the room, by card only.
- Items must be collected within 7 days of the winning bid. You will also need to pay an additional £100 deposit on arrival .
- This will be refunded once our store team have checked the room to confirm that it is clear.
- Full clearance must be within 48hours of the initial visit.
- Collection is available 7 days a week 10am -3pm.
- The items are sold as we find them, no refund is available.
- The winning bidder must contact the seller to arrange collection.
If any personal effects with names on do appear then please hand into the store employee.
