Product Description

Any place you are, the BRAMMAR Wireless Headset generally offers you fresh clear sound

This monaural headset creates a better noise barrier separating what’s going on around you versus what you’re trying to hear through the headset.

With the other ear open, you can easily stay in touch with your environment and have conversations with people around you.

BRAMMAR Wireless Headset for Computer

With the latest AI Noise Reduction Calculation and Qualcomm CVC8.0 Technology, it can successfully filter out background noise, making your voice sounds clearer on the opposite end

Lightweight and stylish, the BRAMMAR Bluetooth Headset with Microphone lets you comfortably focus on your conversation, not on background noise.

It successfully brings together clear audio, high-quality noise cancellation, a boom mic, all-day battery life, and long-wearing comfort without the trade-offs of using either a binaural headset or headphones designed primarily for music. It’s definitely the headset you want if you plan to use them for video conferencing and voice calls.

Ideal for Working from Home

Attend professional meetings using the BRAMMAR Wireless Headset for Computer that delivers plug-and-play USB connectivity, and a clear noise canceling microphone to match. The noise canceling mic filters out background noise by calculating the frequency band of environmental noise in advance, while still capturing clear, warm vocals. This PC Headset doesn't offer active noise cancellation (ANC), so it won't reduce the amount of noise you hear during meetings.

Perfect for Open Office

BRAMMAR Wireless Bluetooth Headset’s bendable boom microphone can be turned 135° toward the front and back course, permitting you to flip up and away from your mouth for an added element of privacy. If you don’t want the other participants to hear your voice, you can press the headset's mute button without reaching out to the mouse and clicking on the screen. You will get an audio prompt of mute on/mute off from the headset.

Seemless Platform Productivity

BRAMMAR Wireless Headset with microphone for PC is designed to work seamlessly with Teams, Zoom, Skype, Google Hangouts, Facetime, and other leading conferencing platforms. Friendly Reminder: The MFB button on the headset works well on mobile phones, i.e. Android and iPhone, but not for video conferencing software on computers. If paired with a computer, you'll need to answer incoming calls on the video conferencing software, not the headset.

How to pair BM201 with your computer via USB Dongle?

  • Plug the USB Dongle into the USB port of your computer and wait for your computer to recognize it. The LED indicator on the USB Dongle flashes blue.
  • Press and hold the power button of [BM201] for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode. Check that the indicator of the headset flashes blue and red alternately. You will hear the voice guidance say, "Pairing".
  • Pairing is successful when you hear "Paired. Your headset is connected" and the LED indicator on the USB Dongle is solid blue.

Note: Check the sound settings to make sure that [BM201] has been selected as both the output and input device. The microphone of the headset may be disabled or not set as the default device on your computer.

  • Some video conferencing software can sometimes select the default sound card (built-in microphone) on your computer even after you've selected to set the BM201 as the audio device.

Take Teams as an example, make sure that your microphone of the headset is the Teams default recording device.

1. Click the More options icon on the meeting controls at the bottom, and then select Show device settings.

2. Under the Audio devices section, select [BM201] as your primary audio device from the drop‑down menu. Check if you are now able to speak during a meeting and if your voice is being heard by others.

It is more recommended you use the Teams app instead of Teams on the Web.

Q: How to use the mute function of this headset?
A: The mute function only works during calls. The mute function can be enabled during calls by pressing the mute button on the earmuffs.
Q: How can I check if I have muted? Can I mute before calling?
A: You will hear a "mute on" or "mute off" voice prompt to confirm if the mute function is activated or deactivated. Kindly note that it doesn't support muting before a call.
Q: How do I answer and hang up a call using the MFB button?
A: The MFB function supports use during a call (cell phones only). If the headset is connected to a computer, please answer/end calls manually on the computer interface. ( (Because the office software does not authorize other third parties, so it does not support the headset to answer/hang up the call through the MFB button. This is the dilemma faced by most bluetooth headsets on the market.)
Q: What should I set when the microphone has no sound after connecting to the computer?
A: If you have successfully connected the headsets to a computer with Bluetooth but can't hear sounds or the microphone doesn't work. Please check the sound settings of both the computer and the software to make sure [BM201] is selected as the default output and input device.
Q: Will it work with my desk phone?
A: Our BM201 wireless headset is compatible with computers, cell phones and devices that support Bluetooth connectivity and is not suitable for use with desk phones and landlines.
