Summary of My Selling Policies

Payment

I accept Paypal, direct online payment to 09-01-26 a/c no. 06387270, UK Postal Orders – but no cheques.

Shipping

I will ship Worldwide wherever possible.

Delivery

I am always willing to combine lots to reduce postage, so if you bid successfully on several items please request a re-quote for postage before sending payment. I will allow 48 hours from close of first purchase for additional items to be added and then I always post 2nd Class Post unless another service is requested and paid for and costs are based on this and a small amount to cover suitable packaging.

Refunds & Returns

If a refund is appropriate and offered it will be paid within 7 days of receipt of item. On all the small cost lots of sets of stamps return is not cost effective.

Contact Me

I find that email via ebay is the easiest and quickest method of communication and try to answer all emails within 24 hours. If you are dissatisfied with anything about your purchase, please contact me before raising it as an issue through ebay. I am proud of my reputation and will try and settle all issues amicably if contacted.

IF IN DOUBT ASK BEFORE YOU BID, PLEASE!

I have a large stock of predominantly QEII stamps available up to about 2005, all of which will at some point come to auction.

If you are looking for a particular set or even single stamp and email me with either the SG number or a good description I will be pleased to quote for an immediate BIN sale price together with postage.

***Postage rates shown are either to UK destinations or European Union countries. All other destinations will be charged postage at the rate quoted by the UK Post office.

For example I will charge £3.95 for lots up to 100gms, for which ebay & Paypal commissions & fees account for 50-60p and for which the postal charge is £3.45 and £5.95 for lots weighing over 100gms when packed, if sending to USA and similar  World Zone 1 countries. Out of this charge ebay & Paypal take about £1 in fees and charges and the postage cost is £5.00 between 100gms - 250gms.

On very small value lots I cannot afford to subsidise postage in any way. If payment is made prior to invoicing and is not at the appropriate rate, then a supplementary invoice will be issued for the balance of post necessary, prior to the stamps being sent. However, if I can post at letter rate up to 20gms (£1.95) I will make an appropriate reduction in postage if requested prior to payment being made.***
