Modesty warning: this robe looks opaque in some of the photos, but is actually completely sheer and see through...!
This is a fabulous pure white negligée/robe by top lingerie makers Vertigineux, on their 'VX Intimate' label.
Made from top quality, high-density chiffon, the fabric is whisper-light, deliciously soft and flowing, and extremely sheer!
The robe is carefully styled, having a shaped, gently-darted bodice, with a little tie at the centre, and it is open down the front. The plunging neckline is trimmed with a ruffled chiffon frill, and the three-quarter length sleeves are finished with frilly flounces of sheer chiffon too - just gorgeous!
Size notes: this is a Queen 2 Size robe, and measured flat, the bust is about 60"-ish when tied. However, it will fit a range of sizes, from about 50" minimum to at least 60", due to the plunging neckline, and considerably more if you wear it open! (Don't be put off if the bust size seems huge - it looks equally good on an XL, XXL or larger frame, and the chiffon drapes beautifully!) The length is 53".
A very seductive, sheer and sensual wrap - I was going to say it is perfect as a cover-up with your best lacy undies or a basque, but being so sheer, it really doesn't cover very much...!
