This is a vintage Star Trek USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D spaceship model produced by Playmates in 1992. The spaceship is from The Next Generation series. The model comes with a stand and does have sound but no lights.

It might be a matter of just new batteries to get the lights to work. I did not want to take it apart.
