All vehicle inspections must be conducted prior to bidding.  No inspections will be conducted after the vehicle has been sold to the highest successful bidder.

The seller will contact the successful highest bidder via email after the auction closes.

The buyer must communicate with the seller via email or phone within 24 hours of winning the highest bid to make arrangements to complete the transaction. 

In order to secure the bid on the vehicle, the successful highest bidder (buyer) must pay a $1,000 deposit within 24 hours to the seller in cash in person. A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied toward the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions. 

I require full payment within 7 days of winning the bid unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within the said time frame, the vehicle will be relisted or sold to another qualified bidder and the transaction shall be null and void.


Pick up, shipping, title, and registration is the responsibility of the buyer.
