Purpose          :        To commomerate the 80th Anniversary of Chulalongkorn University, established by King Chulalongkorn                                            (RamaV) as the first Thai University and to commomerate the 80th Anniversity of King Rama V's wish to build 

                              a University for Siamese on March 26, 1996

Design (Type 1)  :    Illustrates the Thai "Winsor Palace", a gift from King Rama V to Prince Maha Vajirunhis Siam's first Crown                                        Prince. The Palace was later used as the Civil Service College and was upgrade to be the University on March 26,                                 1916. The demolished "Winsor Palace" was finally replaced by the National Stadium.

          (Type 2)        Illustrates the "Devalai or the building of the Faculty of Arts. The first University building was constructed on 

                              January 3, 1915 by King Rama VI after establishing the Civil Service Colledge.
