Q1: How do I connect my smartwatch to my phone?
1. Download the MAXTOP app from Google Play or App Store, or scan the QR code on the download instructions. Go to the app, click the watch icon - select "Add" - model (to confirm the watch model, please click the power off screen)
2. To connect the device for the first time, please turn on your mobile phone's Bluetooth, connect the device to MAXTOP APP, and allow all permissions during operation (Note: Please don't connect the device to Bluetooth of your mobile phone).
3. The maximum Bluetooth range of the smart watch is 8-10 meters. If the women's fitness watch is out of range, it will be disconnected and you will need to reconnect the watch to the app.
Q2: What should I do if I have no sleep data?
1.The principle of sleep detection is to collect data according to the status of the wearer. When you wake up the watch next morning, please walk 100-200 steps, then the watch will show your sleep data automatically.
2. If there is still no sleep data, please restart the smartwatch, check if the MAXTOP app has been updated to the latest version, and make sure the women's smartwatch is connected to MAXTOP app via Bluetooth. Then wear them again the next day to check if there is a sleep record. (Note: The sleep detection period is from 9:00 p.m. the same day to 9:00 a.m. the next day).
Q3: Why can't I receive information about my watch when my smartwatch is connected to my phone?
1.Make sure the smartwatch is connected to MAXTOP app via Bluetooth.
2.Make sure your phone allows MAXTOP app to send notifications (go to your phone settings -> search for "MAXTOP" app -> turn on "Notifications")
3.Make sure you have enabled "Push Notifications" in MAXTOP app (Go to MAXTOP app->Devices->Click "Push Notifications"->Open all required apps).
