NOTE

  • The above instruction is for pairing with iPhone only. For Android phones, just find the device in bluetooth setting on your phone and click to connect.
  • Please make sure the case and your Air Pods has enough power. Otherwise, the device may not charge or sync properly.
  • The case is only compatible with Air Pods generation 1 & 2.

Troubleshooting

1. What should I do if it pops "Not Your Air Pods " during the pairing process? - Click "Connect via iCloud" on the phone. When it says "Hold button", press and hold the sync button until it pops " Air Pods Pro" or the name you set.

2. One of the earbud have no sound once paired. - Put the earbuds into charging case close the lid,and then open the cover .

3. Bluetooth pairing failed several times

Please click "Ignore this device" in the Bluetooth setting. And then you can pair again with the previous method.

4. The phone didn't pop up the pairing window for a long time

  • Check whether the phone has Bluetooth enabled
  • Due to some abnormal functions caused by the long-running of the phone, please restart the phone.
  • Unlock the phone after the lock screen, remove the earbuds and put them back into the charging case, and then pair.
