Womens vintage blouse from the 1990s by Roppolia.  It is a deadstock item; new with tags but never worn.  Collared neck, short sleeves, light shoulder pads, blind button front with large goldtone pearl button accent at neck.  Made from solid white woven fabric; 55% acetate/45% rayon.  Easy care; machine washable.
