Ruffled blouse has square yoke with loop and button closure, collar and long puffed sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs.  Bias Cut V2 with string quilted yoke and ribbon trim has contrast collar, ruffles and cuffs.  A line back wrap skirt gathers slightly to buttoned waistband. Ribbon trimmed V1 with pockets in side seams features contrast front panels decorated with string quilting and ribbon.  V2 has string quilted pockets.
