Very hard to find rare vintage Orvis light brown canvas hunting jacket for little boy's ~ durable cotton? canvas with three button design at the front of the jacket ~ chest flap pockets with two lower front flap pockets with elastic shotgun slits as shown....please note that these have lost the elasticity and are not really useable ~ brown narrow corduroy collar ~ two brown metal vents at each back underarm ~ large game pocket at the back of the jacket that is accessible at both outer back sides of the jacket ~ interior buttons as shown to access the game pocket/etc. ~ the jacket is fully lined in a lightweight darker brown material but this has degraded and although intact there is very noticeable "cracking" to the material when touched...so not practical ~ small canvas tabs at upper back under collar to hang jacket? ~ original Orvis tag as shown that I believe is from the 1970s but this appears older to my eye...60s...but limited availability of vintage Orvis tags online so just taking a guess ~ minor expected light areas of discoloration to the outer canvas body of the jacket...but please note that is is very much a light brown with hints of gold color...not the more yellow color that my camera flash has made it appear ~ very cool vintage kids hunting jacket...unable to locate any others on the internet....so very cool piece
