Here is a Sheet of the 1994 Legends of the West Stamps.  It contains the Bill Pickett error stamp.  There is a letter of authenticity from the the U.S. Postal Service.  It is also noted on the holder that it contains the error stamp.  Thanks for looking and good luck with your bids!!
