POSTAGE

Postage is via Royal Mail Signed For with a delivery estimate of 2-3 business days. The buyer pays the postage.  If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be able to help.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted. We treasure your feedback as it helps us to better our relationship with our customers.

 We are not professional photographers but we do our best to give you good photos. Colours may vary because of difference in screen display. We hope you are happy with your purchase, if not please return it in its original condition (and packaging if possible). We trust you take responsibility for the safe return of the items.

Please contact us as soon as you have decided not to keep the item so we can send you the info you need to return it. The return ought to be done within 14 days. Please include name, user ID, sales record number and reason for return.
