Condition: Price NOT clipped, DJ nicely in archival wraps. Stated first edition with no subsequent printings listed. Meets all first printing points including price of $23 on DJ; black cloth hardcover boards with gilt lettering on the spine and gilt "CM" author's initials on the front board. As new; fresh from a publisher's shipping box lot. No marks/clean. Increasingly hard to find in such unread/pristine condition.
