Vintage-Antique BOX LOT of BABY-CHILDREN'S CLOTHING FOR ONE BID PRICE** Variety of All-Original Edwardian Era thru the 1940s Era Pieces for One Price. Antique Edwardian 1910-1918 INFANT'S CHRISTENING COAT, Waled Cotton with Beautiful Wide Sailor Collar Edged & Decorated with Ric-Rac Gimp which has been hand-sewn onto the piece. Natural Mother-Of-Pearl Buttons, Lined in Cotton Flannel. Measures pit to pit 10", Waist measures also 10" across, Shoulder to shoulder seam-8 1/2", Length shoulder to hem-32", Sleeve-7". Great condition overall, two tiny seams out at the rear shoulders, seam out under one arm (see pic), two yellowed spots, one under one arm, the other at cuff (see pic). Some Ultra-Faint yellowed spots at the rear back, estate-direct, I've not laundered. NEXT, 1930s Children's Muff Frame-Base, Cotton exterior with Black Rayon Lining and Ribbon which holds a Black Plastic Ring. Muff measures approx. 7X7", has a Compartment at the top with a Zipper, so she can put her little belongings in here, just like mother's. Great Shape, Obviously this is Deadstock, but there are some spots on the exterior from storage. NEXT, 1920s Baby Dress Cotton Batiste Slip with Eyelet edge, Measures 17 1/4" Long, Chest 19". In good shape, small tear at the binding under one arm, loose seam at the other underarm, some minor specks and yellowed spots. NEXT, 1920s Baby Bib, Gorgeous Eyelet and Embroidery, the button opposite the eyelet at the neck is missing, tiny tear near the loop closure, a few teeny pin specks. NEXT, Super Girly NOVELTY 1940s Cotton Organdy Pinafore Dress with DUCKS in a Line Marching across the Yoke, Mr. Duck is Holding the Umbrella, I guess for trailing Misses Duck. This was probably a VERY Pricey Dress when it was purchased back in the late 1940s, Size 3T by "Elena", has the Under Slip which buttons down the upper back, just like the dress (see pic). The Skirt of the Over Dress is double-layer, so this will be ULTRA FULL when worn. This set is in Solid shape with NO tears or holes, but unfortunately it has a TON of yellowing/stains but I'm sure if you have mad-stain removal talent, it's a DEAL for you as it is so beautiful. NEXT, an Early 1940s TISSUE SILK Pale Blue BABY COAT with Turkey-Foot Embroidery Smocking at the Yoke and whip-stitched floss embroidery cuffs. This again, is BEAUTIFUL but the Silk has torn at both cuffs & it has a TON of yellowing & staining. It's lined in Ivory glazed cotton, and I'm certain this was another pricey piece when bought, I hate to just toss it as I'm sure someone can use it for re-purpose somehow. LASTLY, A Woman's Edwardian Corset Cover with Crochet Hand-Made Yoke with little Pom Poms, the underarms are unfinished and roughed edge, a few tears at the body-but if you make Doll Clothing, this is something that perhaps you can salvage the yoke for, some yellowing/small spots.
