Lovely gold-tone hinged book of about 1 x 0.75 inches on an 18 inch chain. Book has a Christian cross on the front and pendent probably represents the bible. It opens on a hinge and has oval picture frames on both sides. No maker's mark. This is a pre-owned item in excellent vintage condition. Mild wear. Clasp on chain works.  Please see photos for detail.
