***Car stand not included***
Upgraded Shuey LD competition buggy roller that has been used only for indoor practice sessions. Some usage scuffs as you would expect on the underside, having said that the buggy is in good condition. I'll dispatch with the shocks partially removed from the tower tops and both wings removed for safe delivery.
With an excellent pedigree and podium winning design there is plenty of dial-in and technical information on the web for various surfaces/weather conditions. This Laydown variant of the Cougar comes with a new set of Schumacher tyres and the following upgrades, it certainly ‘laysdown’ the yard-stick to which other 2WD buggies need to measure-up to:
Carbon fibre front and rear shock towers and front link
mount.
Schumacher alloy radius arms, centre track rod, front hub
carriers, front yokes, rear link mount and rear hub carriers.
Klinic carbon fibre shorty LIPO holder that allows you to
move the battery weight from front to rear.
Front wing kit
Under servo and radio plate brass weight.
Front skid guard
The buggy is fitted with a professionally painted Penguin low bodyshell and wing. Cosmetically there is a small amount of paint
flaking but this is under Velcro, so is held on. The original instructions are
included as are plenty of spare parts (shown in the last photo).
Included with the spares are two sets of wheel hub o-rings (part no. U1960) to keep the buggy running silky-smooth.
I've added screenshots to the listing of an exploded assembly diagram and dial-in setting examples from racing-cars.com
