Return Policy: Customer has up to 30 days to return the item if they choose. Shipping is covered at the customer's expense. Upon receiving the item, we will conduct an investigation (24 hours) into the components within the item to verify no tampering, whether accidental or intentional beyond the scope than the intended purpose, has been committed. Once investigation is finished, the customer will have 100% total refund of the item.
Damage to product before arrival to customer: If for some reason a package is received and the contents have been tampered or damaged, they are to reach out to us to resolve the issue within 30 days of being received. It is also encouraged to reach out to ebay support as well.
