Vintage Russian Silver 875, 22K Gold Wash Candy Tray Basket With Handle.

Russian silver is one of the most beautiful , valuable, and highly-acclaimed types of silver in the world. 

The fineness of 875 equals with 84 zolotnik, which is the lowest fineness that could be exported to former Russia. The Russian import mark confirms this fineness.

Marks: 1.-  "TF8" (in Russian for maker), followed by STAR (symbol) and "875", on the side edge of the tray (picture #5);2.-  "875" mark at the end of the handler from the inside (picture #6).

Dimensions: The tray is 4-1/4" high in open position.  The oval shape tray is 6-1/4" long and 4-1/4" wide.

In VERY GOOD Vintage condition with no dents and/or repairs.  No Monograms!
