An antique set of 6 Wood & Sons Woods Ware "Canton Blue" dinner plates along with a rare small (12-inch) platter. The Woods Ware mark dates circa 1917; this popular chinoiserie pattern shows an oriental landscape scene with a blue patterned border. Made in England. This set is in very good condition considering its age - no chips, cracks, or stains. There is extensive crazing throughout, as well as light utensil marks. This is a well-cared-for but used set.
