This is a cross between a 4ply and a Dk, closer to Dk

This is an outstanding yarn. Pure Cashmere 4ply at an outstanding price. Soft, but over time will develop into a softer yarn with that tell tale halo we all recognise as a quality cashmere. This particular cashmere isn’t a highly processed yarn like most of you associate with cashmere. This is a more tightly spun yarn with multiple strands making it a more hard wearing yarn. Over time it will develop into a soft, warm, long lasting garment.

This is a gorgeous yarn, light, soft and easily be worn against the skin. A shrug would be my choice and as this is a quality cashmere it will only improve through wearing. Whatever you decide to knit with this will be an outstanding garments.

Washing instructions and info.

Cashmere has to be washed and cared for very carefully it should never be put into anything other than tepid water to wash. It should then only be washed with wool/cashmere friendly liquid or baby shampoo. No fabric softener should be used on this either, to fluff up cashmere soak it in tepid water for 20 minutes following washing. On removing pat dry do not wring. Lay flat and dry out of direct sunlight. Being careful during washing should ensure that your item should be with you for a very long time. Cashmere improves with age.
