| SHIPPING & HANDLING INFO |
Your item will be shipped within 5 to 7 days of purchase. You must provide a U.S. STREET ADDRESS. (NO P.O BOXES for UPS items.) Item may be shipped UPS Ground, DHL,FedEx or US Mail at our discretion. Items paid with PAYPAL will ONLY be shipped to the Paypal Confirmed address. There may be delays in transit due to Holidays or Weather. Shipping FEES are NOT negotiable. Whenever possible we will combine shipping to save you costs. Any overage charges may be partially refunded. If an item is returned due to Failure to Sign for or Accept Delivery...or requires "Address Correction" due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Buyer, which results in Extra shipping fees...the Buyer is liable for those fees and the item will not be reshipped until those fees are paid, including any new shipping costs required. No CODs are shipped or accepted. I SHIP TO LOWER 48, US ONLY. NOTE: Weather and other conditions may result in delays in shipping items. After your item is shipped the CARRIER is responsible for ANY delays, damage or loss caused in transit. If you do not pay for Insurance at checkout, you will not be reimbursed if Lost in Transit or Damaged. All items are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer and carefully tracked. A tracking number will be sent to you if requested. If there is a Clear Record of Delivery by the shipper...The item was delivered. If there is NO record of delivery you will receive a full refund including all shipping charges AFTER the carrier has paid the insurance claim |

All Items are sold AS IS...as Pictured. You may have different standards. All items are carefully inspected and rated by MY standards which are based on Industry standards. MINT-Factory new with no defects. NEAR MINT-Factory new with a few minor defects. EXCELLENT-In new condition with a few signs of use. VERY GOOD-well cared for with some normal minor signs of use. GOOD-Normal signs of wear. FAIR-Some defects but still acceptable. POOR-Usable but may have some damage which will be detailed as well as possible. AS IS- as you see it without expressed guarantees or warranties. All Items and Parts are PHOTOGRAPHED in Detail to insure there are no false claims of "not as described", "misrepresentation" or requests for missing parts. This is kept on file until the Buyer posts feedback. The "stock" number following the title is our inventory number and not a model number. |

My Cymbal sales are not subject to final approval with your ears, after delivery, so if you have ANY doubt that you may not like the sound you should not make a purchase. Cymbals are described accurately as explained under "CONDITION" in my Ebay text, and Photographed IN DETAIL before Auction and Shipping. Any claims of "not as described", damage, or omissions will be considered Fraudulent. ALL CYMBAL SALES ARE FINAL. |
| REFUNDS |
Refunds are available ONLY IF offered specifically in the item description with some exceptions. Any refunds for ANY reason DO NOT include the refund of ANY Shipping or Handling fees and buyer agrees to pay for all return shipping costs. A return authorization is required, if a return is granted, and must be requested within 7 days of receipt of item. Item must be shipped within 2 days of return authorization in the same condition it was received. |
