A Fantastic and Fun Denver Diecast 1948 Ford Panel Truck in White w/ Red Cross graphics. I love this White with Red Graphics combination and am tempted to keep it for my layouts (No Howard, you are supposed to be paring down your collection!). These officially licensed 1:48 Scales are highly detailed and look like they came straight off the showroom floor with their chrome accents and stunning paint jobs! They officially licensed by Ford and are part of a limited edition, so says Denver Diecast. Limited to what, I don’t know. 


As a long time collector of 1:43 scale precision models, for some reason I'm drawn to these economy 1:48 scale Denver Diecast models and have several in my collection. Lots of detail on the exterior including chrome bumpers, and Chrome Fender trim, with chrome wheels.  It has a silver painted hood logos with fender trim pieces. The silver painted door handles and side steps along with some trim pieces give great contrast and stunning detail. All the details draw the eyes around giving lots to look at for this model.


Overall it's a great model to display with any 1:48 scale or "O" gauge layout.


The undercarriage shows some detail setting off the exhaust, gas tank, most of the frame and rear suspension, etc. The front clip and suspension do not show a lot of detail. 


While the interior does show some detail, it is indeed packed with detail in the right light. It includes dash and other details along with seating detail. A little custom detailing would set the interior off.


As with all Denver Models they are not precision models and some may have small imperfections in the paint and rarely in part alignment. Sorry, but they are inherent in the manufacturing process. However, most paint flaws are not visible in a display or layout. We will inspect each one and try our best to describe any flaws, however; please inspect the photos as they will show condition.


This item will be bubble wrapped and come to you in a small box. Shipping costs keep going up but we try to keep the cost down. We only include a small amount for packaging supplies and add nothing for handling. We ship USPS First Class with an option for Priority Mail.
