Vintage Sherratt & Simpson English Springer Spaniel.  Very nice detail and colours - with plenty of movement.  Signed and dated 1989 as shown.  Comes with (but is not attached to) a wood base plinth -  Has original red label under base.  Measures 9cm high x 15cm long (not including the base).  In very good condition.
