Vintage Villeroy & Boch Mettlach Vase in Dutch Blue & White Style with hand painted Sailing Boats all around in panels.  Marked to base as shown - unusual - was made in France-Saar Economic Union - which I believe was part of Germany?  Measures 11.75cm high x 11cm across at widest.  In very good condition.  Dates from 1930's-40's.
