Antique Vintage 1909 Watermans Clip-Cap Ideal Fountain Pen w/ Gold Nib in Box w/ Glass Dropper!

This is a highly collectable fountain pen, made by Watermans of Canada! It is the Ideal model, with a Clip-Cap, which was patented in 1906. Is has a black celluloid (or similar) casing, which is etched with a wavy/ ripple relief design. The pen has a gold nib, and though I can't see a marking for this, is probably 14ct which was standard for Waterman. The pen is in good condition save for a chip in the cap, as shown. It comes in it's original velvet-lined box, and comes with a glass pipette dropper, though the original rubber bulb has perished. I have not filled it, so can't attest to how well it works, but it looks to be in good condition given it is over 110 years old and has been well-used and well-loved!

I accept payment by PayPal only! Non UK pay by PayPal only! The winner must contact me within 1 day of winning the auction, and payment must be recieved within 3 days. I report all unpaid items to ebay after 2 days if you do not contact me, and if items remain unpaid, I will close the dispute, which will remain on your record. Sorry if you think this is harsh, but owing to an ever-increasing number of unpaid items, I have to protect my income.

I recomend signed-for delivery for all items! If signed-for delivery is not requested, I AM NOT LIABLE for ANY items that are lost in the post, as ordinary post is not trackable! Only UK Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery, and International Tracked are trackable! Postage charges include actual postage, packaging AND handling, which includes my time, so if you do not agree with this, please do not bid or buy.
