Shipping will occur on the following Monday to Wednesday after the order is paid. This is to ensure the fish arrive safely.

 

Our fish are packed using the standard procedure to ensure their well-being during transportation.

 

We use a large bag and fill it with air and clean water to provide a comfortable environment for the fish.

 

Prior to shipping, we quarantine the fish and lower their temperature to reduce stress during the journey.
