Size is based on three measurements: thigh, knee and calf circumference.

Instructions
Loosen straps and then center the brace and knee buttress over the knee. Wrap the bottom flap behind the leg and secure, then the top flap. Feed the bottom strap through the loop and attach. Repeat for the top strap. Adjust as needed.
