Where do you post to?

Iwill post globally via Ebay’s Global Distribution Service. However, this can bepricey! If you want an alternative international postage service, thenplease contact me 24 hours minimum BEFORE the listing ends. I am willing toexplore cheaper options for you. I cannot offer a cheaper service after thelisting ends because then all postage matters are handled by ebay and I can notchange that.

For UK purchases

Allitems are posted second class (Royal Mail) unless stated otherwise in thelisting.

Inever seek to make profit from postage.

Ifyou wish to receive a faster/ tracked postal service, then please contact meBEFORE paying so that I can issue an invoice with your choice of postal service

Iobtain a ‘certificate of postage’ for all items

Payments

Paymentsshould be made preferably immediately, or at least within 48 hours of purchase.Any longer than this, please contact me to say when you will be paying. If youhave no intention of paying, please do not bid. If you do not pay within 96hours (and you have made no attempt to contact me), the transaction will becancelled, the item relisted and you will be blocked from accessing my items.I’m having to get stricter, because I’m getting fed up of an increasing minorityof people messing me about.

What payment methods do you accept?

Iprefer payment by on-line banking. All overseas bidders must pay by thismethod. For UK bidders, I will also accept postal orders and cheques.

Willyou combine postage costs?

Yes, butonly for UK buyers - my postage costs are based on the weight / size of thefinal amount of total purchases.

Forforeign buyers – I ship via Ebay’s Global Shipping Program and they will NOTcombine postage

Howquickly will you post items?

Iguarantee postage within 48 hours (not including Sundays) for on-line banking payments(and postal orders for UK bidders). I guarantee postage within 5 days uponreceipt of a cheque (for UK bidders).

What if I have problems with my purchase?

Hopefullythere will be no problems as I endeavor to describe items as accurately aspossible. If you have a problem with any of my items, don't just leave negativefeedback. Contact me via 'contact seller' and I'll endeavor to resolve thematter to your satisfaction.
