SEAT COVERS: Our seat cover listings are set out on a 2 -3 working day turnaround basis.  Due to the vast amount of seat covers that we have access to, we simply cannot have every item in stock.

Therefore in certain cases these have to be made to order. Please bear this in mind upon placing an order via our eBay store, as we do not want you to be disappointed. We aim to get each listing correctly displayed, and we will state if these are in stock or “MADE TO ORDER” within our item descriptions. We try to keep in touch with orders of a 2 -3 working day turnaround time frame - but when we are dealing with multiple orders/suppliers and other factors on a daily basis, sometimes we cannot keep everyone up to date - even though we do try to

A few T’s & C’s to bear in mind…

• SHIPPING & HANDLING: For all of our stocked items - we aim to process and dispatch within 1-2 Business Working Days - *THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS*We ship to the UK using the Royal Mail ‘2nd Class Signed for’ service for all items up to £50 GBP in value (covered by insurance and a signature is required)

• Worldwide sales are welcomed and we will offer the best Postal service available, that will ensure Value for Money, Insurance, tracking details and a signature requirement where possible.

• All items that exceed a £50 retail value - will ONLY be offered with an appropriate postage cost that will include insurance to cover said item. (please refer to individual items for these costs/services)  Shipping times are dependent on the individual shipping company/postal service used. We will ensure that we are good to our word in our dispatch time displayed on our listings. Once your item has reached the shipping company/postal service, the delivery times are in their hands and not controllable by ourselves.  Please do not use eBays “ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE” as an exact answer - this is why we provide shipping with tracking as the only option available. Please check your tracking details at all times for regular updates/checks on your item.  If you feel that something isn’t right - please contact us via eBay messaging with a reference to your order, and we can look into it for you. (Please allow up to 24hrs for a response)

• RETURNS: We are happy to accept returns on products which have not been used or fitted in any way. We will not accept return requests on fitted products that produce a fault a week after fitting as we simply are not available to be onsite with you to confirm that things were fitted in the correct environment. Please do not tape up or damage the manufacturers packaging, this will result in only a partial refund

If you have any questions before fitting - please get in touch. For any items that are incorrectly ordered or unwanted upon receipt, please return to us in the original packaging, ensuring that the product has not been used or removed from any backing etc… Return shipping will be down to you the buyer.

For any item that is faulty, broken in transit or has been damaged or rendered unusable upon receipt, will be covered for return shipping by ourselves, and we can seek recompense from the damaging party, or speak to the manufacturer for a replacement.

• Although we do not offer any customisable products - We have to state that anything that has personalisation or custom additions to the original spec, will not qualify for a refund, as this would have been made to order to your requirements. HOWEVER, as we do not offer this service - we do not need to worry about that!
