VW LOGO MEASURES 1-1/2" IN DIAMETER

It is NOS - New Old Stock, still sealed in the original plastic bag, but does show light wear due to handling over the years, including minor surface scuff marks and scratches.  It is straight, not bent out of shape, has very nice, bright color and finish, is very clean, with no major issues at all.


It is designed in a typical fashion featuring the familiar round openwork VW logo done in a non-metallic base metal, possibly pewter, with a hang tag that features the VW Roadside Assistance phone number and on the other side reads LYNCH VOLKSWAGEN  773-777-2000.  This dealership was once located at 5330 W. Irving Park Road in Chicago and is now known as City Volkswagen.

This is a great, very collectible piece for those that collect unique Volkswagen memorabilia, keychains, local Chicago history, or you own a classic collector car purchased from this dealer!  Adding original period pieces like this to your car adds extra documentation and points in car shows and extra collector resale value to it, too!
