• We aim to process your order in 24hrs once we receive clear payment confirmation from Monday 09:00hrs to Friday 13:00hrs, purchases made after 13:00hrs on Friday’s will be processed and dispatched on Monday, except for statutory bank holidays. • Tracking details (if available) for your order will be available or emailed to you once the item has been dispatched. We use various shipping methods such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, FedEx, TNT, DPD, and other pallet networks .
• Before confirming your order, please ensure your delivery address details and contact number are correct. We are unable to make amendments to address details for your own privacy once the order has been placed.
• Our Standard delivery to UK Mainland postcodes, excludes Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands.
