Smaller frame: Exterior 8.5 inches tall. The interior is 5.75 by 4.5 inches.
Larger frame: Exterior is 11.5 inches tall. The Interior is 7.5 by 6 inches.
Easily hangs with command strips (not included) and sturdy so if you drop it while in the process it won't break.
