THANK YOU for considering our bright and clean, fine running and highly collectible condition Hampden “No. 310” model, 12 size, open face, 17 jewels, adjusted, Model 5, Grade No. 310, double roller, sapphire pallet jewels, ruby and sapphire jewel material, Breguet hairspring, cupped gold jewel settings, full gold train, gold balance screws, bridge nickel plate, stem wind, pendant set fancy dress movement, dial and hands. This fine antique little 310 model is in excellent working order, with a dead flat and true balance wheel motion that has a fine, wide arc and strong, steady beat. The movement is a smooth wind, starts right up after one gentle twist, and pendant sets as designed. The movement holds excellent time but is just in and has not been further regulated or adjusted! Appearance-wise this movement is looking good, with mostly bright and clean nickel plates with the delicate original gilt inlaid engraving paint intact, clean and correct "Hampden Star" regulator needle and index, clean looking down inside and around the sides, and ripping and running strong and true!! The movement shows very minor and ordinary wear with no signs of abuse! The dial is a double sunk enamel with black Deco Arabic numerals and red five-minute-markers showing light scattered hairlines and missing part over the top of the seconds register. The hands are blue matching spade in excellent condition. Wrap your hands around this little jewel as it will be a great acquisition for the lucky top bidder!
