Because of work commitments, I cannot post on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

Under normal circumstances I will post 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with the exception of Bank Holidays. U.K Customers usually receive their items within 2-3 working days, however occasionally items can be delayed. Therefore please allow up to 14 working days for delivery and check with your local sorting/delivery office if you are concerned, prior to contacting me.

International delivery times vary and although most items are delivered within 6 – 12 working days, please allow up to 28 days for delivery as items can be delayed due to customs clearance and security checks.

Buyers from Italy please note that I no longer ship to Italy, this is due to the very high levels of Italian buyers who claim that goods have not been received.

Postage is by 2nd class post within four days of receipt of cleared payment. International shipping is by airmail post, delivery is 2 - 7 days for most of Europe & 4 - 15 days for the rest of the world.


Please bear in mind it is dispatch time and not delivery time you are marking me on.
