New, not used rolls but I have had them for a year or two. Not sure where I got them. You can use these to mail packages and write in Sender name or Ship to name or just use them to decorate scrap book pages with.

Roll Center measures 3" and actual Tape measures almost 1-1/2" wide
You get two rolls.
Green ink and Blue Ink.
Green says Sender and lines to write on and Recipient and Lines to write on. Also says From and To etc.
Blue says Love, Special Delivery for, Hello, Sent with care from, Please Deliver to etc.
