Purchases made in our shop are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales. In the event of an incorrect order (I ordered and therefore received a product I did not want) you have 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility of returning the product.
For items with a SIAE sticker, the product must be returned with the sticker intact. Returns of items with a broken or missing SIAE stamp will not be accepted. The package, which must be properly packaged, must be sent to:

The right of withdrawal expires:
- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents)
- Even partial use of the asset and any consumables
- The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport
Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
After receiving the goods and verifying their integrity, we will issue a refund according to the instructions you provide.
Warranties and Defective Products:
The products purchased are subject to the discipline, as far as applicable, pursuant to Legislative Decree 2.2.2002 n. 24 (Official Journal no. 57, 8.3.2002) on sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods and, to the extent not contemplated therein, to the specific provisions envisaged on the subject by the Civil Code. These guarantees will apply to products that present conformity defects and/or malfunctions that cannot be detected at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly.
