The clear plastic of the case has scratches and is cloudy. There is a small crack in the case near the spine on the top. The disc has light scratches and smudges but it loaded and gameplay began. I will bubble wrap this and mail in a bubble mailer. I ams sure the DLC on the back of the manual has been used.
