A quality English solid sterling silver ink rocker blotter. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1997 with the makers marks being M Kamin & Co Ltd.  It has been superbly and is in super condition being free from splits, dents and repairs. It measures approx. 4 inches (10.2cm) across by 2.25 inches (5.5cm) wide by over 2 inches (5.3cm) tall and weighs 120 grams. A very good quality well designed piece.
