Been in the pc for over 10 years (graded few years ago) never cleaned or pressed. Could benefit from one with a resubmission with the books slight spine roll and slightly dirty back cover. I think this is a very fair price considering last two sales of a 4.0 were 236 w shipping and 335 bo accepted w shipping. There is also a 5.0 on eBay for 449 w shipping (little overpriced imo lol).
