This is a beautiful set of fingerless wedding gloves.  They are from the early 1950s ~ the bride was a petite person. 

The sleeves measure about 15" long, and they come to a point at the top of the hand. 

There should be 5 satin covered buttons at the wrist of each glove, however one button is missing from one of them.

There is a beautiful embroidered pattern on the tulle fabric of flowers and bows. 

They are from a smoke-free home.
