We do not set shipping prices. Shipping is determined by the USPS based on package size and weight and your zip code on your Ebay account.

Crystal and porcelain are fragile, we pack every item in bubble wrap, reclaimed paper and reclaimed Styrofoam.

NOTE: All orders are sent VIA USPS Priority with insurance (unless otherwise noted).

In the event of the USPS damaging your purchase during shipping, you will need to present the damaged item(s), the packaging and box to your local post office to claim the insurance. We do not make refunds for insured items that have been damaged in shipping, that is why all items are shipped with insurance.

We can not file a claim on your behalf because the damaged item(s), packaging and box are in your hands and the USPS will need to inspect them.

If an item is marked delivered by the USPS and you have not received it, you should follow up with your local post office to trace it.
