You are looking at large framed print of "A Dutch Interior with Soldiers" by Pieter De Hooch. The frame measurements are 59cm by 49.5cm. The frame is heavy with letal detail in the corners and the back is sealed. There are some age related ageing marks on the print  please see last photo. These are hardly visible but are reflected in the low auction starting price.
