Sequins on bodice;  satin ribbon around waist and ties in the back;

The skirt has 3 layers of chiffon (the top layer with sparkles) and is 

lined by satin.  Zips up the back with a small closure at the neck

and a heart cut out in the back.

Beautiful for a party, pageant, wedding, etc.  

Has never been worn.
